A long overdue Work It Out post. Instead of breaking it down by day, I will just fill in the weekly miles. I did a spattering of push ups and planks here and there, but nothing to worthy of a lifting breakdown.
July 4th - 10th: 14.5 miles (ouch!)
July 11th - 17th: 25 miles, including a 9 miler that started out great and by the final 3 miles, I had to dig deep to not just lie down on the trail and hope someone would carry me home. The humidity was a bit much for that long of a run for me at least.
I have a lot of work to do if I still want to hit 100 miles this month. eeek!
