I am back! Last week was challenging – and in terms of workouts was sporadic at best. It’s okay though. My body definitely was telling me to lay off. Friday’s run was a prime example. I take for granted that I don’t struggle often with energy levels. Onward!

6.2 (10k) run, barely under 60 min - sucked! I guess it was much warmer then I thought and I was just generally drained.
