Did you have to sit through morning announcements in high school? We had to sit and watch text scroll on a TV each morning. And then if you missed something, you had to watch it all over again. Or, if you were supposed to get out early for a game or meet, they listed your name on it. And if they missed your name you had to get it in there otherwise you weren’t getting out early. Speaking of that…did other people in other states travel hours for games and meets? Mr. BKL traveled at least an hour every game he played.
Couple of blog/technology bandwagon announcements:
1. After learning how cheap (and painless) it was to get my domain through Blogger from Krysten at After I Do, I was all over it. So, you should still see http://beeskneeslife.blogspot.com in your reader, but update when you get a chance and drop the blogspot to simply http://beeskneeslife.com
2. I joined Twitter. Yep I went there. For now I am just stumbling my way through it, but I am having fun playing with yet another new social networking tool. Follow me @Bree_BeesKnees if you are so inclined.
We sometimes traveled for weekday cross country and track meets - not super far, but we always got out of school early those days! Those were the best days :)
