Each week I will post the previous weeks workouts. I am not going to post the lifting in detail out of respect for the authors of the programs. If I hit a PR or have a great lift I will report on that.
My weekly work out report for the week of August 3rd:
Monday:
New Rules of Lifting Stage 1, A2 (round two)
-20 minute jog
Tuesday:
4 mile run, kept it easy and seems my natural pace is around 8:45 a mile
Wednesday:
"Lake" intervals
5 min warm up
7 rounds of 1 min. hard, 2 min. fast
10 minute cool down jog
-Was going to walk 3.2 miles around another lake, but got bored about halfway and then ran the rest of the way. Covered about 6.3-6.4 miles in about an 1:08 running and walking.
Thursday:
NROL4W, Stage 1, B2
-jogged for 20 minutes
Friday: 3 mile e-z run
Sunday: 3.5 mile e-z run
Notes: Done with 15 reps for NROL4W...onto 12 reps this week.
